Dear Medical Students,

Welcome to Physical Diagnosis at Sinai-Grace Hospital.  We will meet at the Dept. of Medicine, on the 4^th floor at 10:30 am on Thursday, December 1, 2005 for the hospital orientation.  You will complete your parking/badge forms on Dec. 1st and will receive your parking/badge before you start on January 12^th.  The security office hours for badges are 7am – 9am and 2pm - 3:30pm Monday – Thursday.  On December 1st, please park in the visitors’ parking lot, and we reimburse you the $3.00 fee. 

Your contact person is Pam.  All of our hospital sessions will start at 10:30am.  Please bring your ophthalmoscope, penlight, snellen eye chart and your white jacket starting January 12, 2005.  Information regarding the Physical Diagnosis course will be available at our website under WSU PD program II: www.sgintmed.com.

The hospital location is 6071 West Outer Drive Detroit Michigan 48235.  Our office is located on the 4^th floor Department of Medicine.  If you have any questions, contact Pam at 313.966.3250 or 313.966.1728.
