Residents receive fe edback from supervising faculty during each rotation. A written and oral evaluation is provided at the end of the rotation. The resident also gets the opportunity to evaluate the teaching staff and the program at periodic intervals.

Advisor/advisee system.
Each resident is assigned a faculty member who serves as an adviser during training. The adviser acts as a "big brother" or "big sister." advising the resident in professional and personal decisions. Residents may select alternative or additional advisers.

All residents meet with their faculty advisor twice a year and with a different faculty member mid and end year for a formal evaluation and feedback. This document becomes a permanent part of the resident file. This is in addition to the monthly evaluation and feedback by the attending rounder.
